Today I feel like the Queen of Mealprep.
In my little bunch box, I had some pieces of chicken, sweet potato, corn, broccoli and some avocado. I left the bit of avocado in one big piece, so cutting that and spreading it out felt like I bestowed my lunch with some extra health. I felt like some chef. I felt like a health guru. I felt like a unicorn.
And you know what? It didn’t suck at all.
