Losing weight is a challenge. Getting nutrition right is absolutely utterly confusing and overwhelming. Changing your lifestyle is hard.
I want this website/blog to be reassuring. I’m publishing knowledge that I find helpful, and I want to remember (because, gee, there is so.so.so.so.much info). I’m writing the blog to make you laugh through the tough times. I want this to be a resource that helps you as much as it helps me, because we will fight the chub (if you wanna – only if you wanna) one step at a time. It’s a Fitness 101 that will last, not a crazy speedrun into size zero dresses.
